The pop artist reveals that he has been hospitalized with a kidney infection and has to postpone his upcoming tour in South America.

In a video for his fans, which is also published by TMZthe 29-year-old conveys the news.
– It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that I have no other choice but to postpone my upcoming tour in South America, says Payne and continues:
– In recent weeks I have been admitted to hospital with a serious kidney infection. It’s something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and the doctors have now said I need to rest and recover.
He deeply apologizes to the fans who have already bought tickets and assures that they will find a solution for new tour dates – but in the meantime tickets will be refunded.
