This is the Changneung district in Goyang.
The 3rd new town supply plan was first released on August 27, 2018 during the real estate countermeasures.
However, just five days ago, Mr. Park, from the LH Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters, bought a land area of over 1,000 square meters here.
Goyang Changneung District was designated as a new city in May 2019, nine months later after being named as a candidate site.
