Although OLED panels have been used in mobile phones and high-end TVs for a long time, they have never entered the field of desktop computers. LG announced the world’s first 32-inch desktop OLED screen UltraFine Display 32EP950 earlier than CES 2021.
UltraFine Display 32EP950 uses a 31.5-inch 4K resolution OLED panel. Since all black pixels hardly emit light, the contrast ratio can reach 1000000:1. The color rendering ability covers 99% DCI-P3 and 99% Adobe RGB, and supports OLED pixel dimming HDR technology, mainly for professional image users.
The interface provides 2 sets of DisplayPort 1.4, 1 set of HDMI (possibly 2.0b), 1 set of USB-C supporting PD 90W and 3 sets of USB-A, and supports KVM multi-computer switching function.
There is still no detailed specifications and price information, friends who have professional image needs can pay more attention.
