LG asks $700 in America for a unique 16:18 DualUp monitor – Computer – News

I don’t see requests as annoying at all, but you have to put each request in context of course. As I wrote elsewhere, sometimes users think that they are asking for a very small adjustment, but do not realize that many man hours can still be invested in it. And then it’s looking at how big the demand is for that functionality and where/when you can take it with you.

It is good for someone to ask a question, but to be included quickly, the question will soon have to come from several people.

Perhaps an example from the software development world can shed some more light for some. Sometimes you may be asked for a new functionality in the application you are developing. The functionality itself sounds trivial, but of course you know as a developer that nothing is trivial and that a small adjustment can sometimes have a negative effect. So you don’t just say no to it, but put it aside on your low-priority planning board. When you do work on that functionality, you can take it with you or when you get many questions for that functionality, you can still give it a higher priority and pick it up quickly.

You should therefore view my original answer in that context. Erwin had written: request from your administrator and he will not cancel there. That sounds to me like: it will quickly adjust your registry settings. But of course you don’t do that that quickly.

I realize all too well that I use Windows in a different way than, for example, a developer or an accountant. You can see that very quickly in the software that I use and that others use. And yes, users come up with many questions for customizations, but if we answer negatively, it’s certainly not always because we don’t pay attention to what others want.

The example you give is therefore also different from what Erwin initially stated. You say that if a request comes from several people, you can take it with you. We do that too. But we are not just going to make an exception for 1 person quickly. And it is above all that which I would like to emphasize.
