The company introduced a new generation of laptops in China. One of them is the 2024 Xiaoxin Pro 14.
Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 debuted in China along with a couple of other Xiaoxin laptops. The device is an updated 2023 ultrabook model equipped with an Intel Corei5-13500H processor. The new product will be able to offer users a choice of one of the latest Intel chips, namely Core Ultra 5 125H or Core Ultra 7 155H. Due to this, the manufacturer managed to achieve high levels of productivity and autonomy.
But the update affected not only the processor part. The latest Meteor Lake chipsets also offer improved integrated video performance from the Intel Arc iGPU, and are also equipped with a neural coprocessor NPU. It is reported that Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 received 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD.
The company also worked on the display. The Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 now offers a 2.8K 120Hz OLED display with 600 nits peak brightness and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. Such characteristics will allow you to satisfy even the highest demands on the display from professionals who create content.
Another feature of the new product is the battery. If in last year’s model the battery capacity was 74 Wh, now this figure has increased to 85 Wh. The manufacturer says that this capacity will be enough for 25 hours of video playback. Lenovo also worked on Extreme Fengshen+ cooling – Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 received a pair of fans and a pair of 3D composite heat pipes. As for connection interfaces, the laptop offers USB Type-C with support for Thunderbolt 4, two USB Type-A, one HDMI and a slot for reading SD cards.
Price and Availability
Lenovo has not yet disclosed details regarding prices and timing of the device’s appearance on store shelves. However, the official teaser poster hints that the Core Ultra 5 variant will be priced comparable to its 2023 Core i5 predecessor. At the time of release, its price was 5,999 yuan or $841.
