The reason is an overlapping of commitments that Lenny could not have foreseen. He is currently filming the historical film The Butler, co-starring with stars such as Cuba Gooding Jr., Oprah Winfrey and Forest Whitaker. However, the filming was extended, and as the singer himself points out – he is bound by a contract and cannot refuse. The good news is that there will still be a Lenny concert in our country. But not until next year – so far it is not clear when. Here’s the artist’s message: “All summer I couldn’t wait to come to Sofia and sing for my fans and I’m terribly sorry that my concert has to be postponed. I’m currently in New Orleans working on the historical film The Butler. The schedule of filming was extended, and I’m contractually obligated to finish my participation in it.
