Roofe joined Rangers from Anderlecht in the summer of 2020, and his success with Gers has made the duo of Leeds, Phillips and Ayling very happy.
The 28-year-old forward was on Leeds’ books in England from 2016 to 2019.

According to WhoScored, Roofe has made 13 starts and five backup appearances in the Scottish Premiership for the Rangers so far this season, scoring 10 goals and providing two assists in the process.

The forward has also made four starts and a substitute appearance in the Europa League for Gers this season, scoring two goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
Rangers will face Slavia Prague in the round of 16 of the Europa League and will be determined to move on from the tie.
