LeBron James turned 36 on Wednesday, and for many fans he is still the best active player in the NBA. The Ohio-born’s long career marked a milestone in the Lakers game against Spurs, where the King celebrated his birthday by reaching the 1,000-game mark in a row scoring at least 10 points.
His tenth point in the game against Spurs has made him the only player to reach this number. He is followed by Michael Jordan with 866 games in second place, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is third with 787. Days ago he had already reached another Christmas scoring record, and now he will cover the covers of the world with this new achievement.
LeBron’s streak began in his fourth NBA season, on January 6, 2007 in a game against the Nets. It should be noted that the record only includes regular season games, not including the playoffs. It seems like a statistic out of a video game, but James has been scoring more than ten points in each match played for almost 14 years.

James is fully following his 36th birthday, playing professional basketball since he was 18. Since coming to the league in 2003, he has served in the NBA’s elite for 18 seasons. Quite an incredible feat.
Among his endless list of accomplishments, LeBron has been a four-time NBA champion, four-time MVP, 16-time All-NBA, 16-time All-Star, six-time All-Defensive Team, and 2008 NBA scoring champion. But his legacy does not end on the court, but rather that everything he has achieved off the court is perhaps even more important. He helped build a school in his native Akron to serve at risk youth, he has worked to boost the vote in the United States, he has built an entertainment production company, and most of all he has built a huge brand around himself and himself. all the players, granting them a power that years ago would have been unimaginable that they could obtain.
