The 37-year-old King James celebrated his return in the game after an absence of five games due to a knee injury. Phoenix Suns, surprisingly the best performing team this season, recovered from Thursday’s loss against the Atlanta Hawks, after an earlier run of 11 wins in a row. The Suns recorded their 42nd win of the season against the Wizards in Washington: 95-80. This puts them firmly in the lead in the Western Conference, with two victories more than the Golden State Warriors.
