According to information provided by Christian Alcantara, the rapporteur who certified the facts before the 13th Court of Appeals, at 8:00 a.m., the computer credentials necessary to access a certain audience were sent. Neverthelessthe lawyer in question did not access the waiting room of the application moments before the meeting.

At about 11:38 a.m., Alcántara contacted the lawyer through other means and it was there that “communication became difficult given the strange and inadequate way in which the litigant expressed himself.”

Despite this fact, the computer data was also sent to him, both via mail and WhatsApp, for which the professional had the tools to have the full view of the case.

It was his turn to argue and everything collapsed, since he only did it for 20 seconds, being that he had requested 20 minutes. At this time, it was noticed that he was speaking with some difficulty.

Finally, The fact that ended up betraying the lawyer was that he sent an audio message -it is believed by mistake- in which he confirmed that he was not in a position to see the data that had been referred to him to attend the hearing. “I’m more cooked than buttercup…” (sic) were the words of the professional.
