A lawyer in the dock – this rather rare constellation existed on Monday at a trial at the Freiburg district court. The 64-year-old lawyer from Markgrflerland was accused of embezzling money from various clients in 46 cases between 2018 and 2020. A total of around 480,000 euros was involved.
