# Lawyer commercial and corporate law

Lawyer specializing in commercial and corporate law.
## Your tasks
As part of a young team, you will work independently on challenging cases in the areas of commercial and corporate law. They advise domestic and foreign companies on company foundations, share transfers, drafting articles of association, assisting with notarizations, preparing general meetings, drafting and advising on commercial law contracts, formulating and checking general terms and conditions. One or the other question regarding labor law issues may also need to be answered.
A later specialization, also in another area of commercial law, is desirable.
## Your profile
You should be able to demonstrate your competence through good grades and/or practical experience. Young professionals are welcome. You should also have good written and spoken English language skills. Personally, you should be characterized by a high degree of resilience and independence and set high standards for your work.
