“There is no evidence that my clients are responsible for the death of the man.” That says lawyer Hayat Karim, who represents three agents who were present at the arrest at Charlerloi airport of a Slovakian man of 38. The man had to be taken off the plane and behaved very aggressive and strange during the arrest. In the cell he hit his head against the wall, until it bled. So officers held the man in jail. The man was eventually given a sedative, but suffered cardiac arrest and later died. The facts already happened in February 2018, but are now causing a commotion as images of the arrest surfaced.
