Lawsuit for unauthorized injection of butt fillers postponed again | Inland

The judge said it is important that K. is present at the hearing to make a statement. That is why she decided on Wednesday to postpone the case until September 1. This was to the great disappointment of about ten victims of K. who were present with their lawyers in the court in The Hague. The case was also postponed at the end of last year because K. was ill. She had previously announced that she wants to be present at the case and will answer questions from the court. Her lawyer repeated that on Wednesday.

K. is suspected of using fillers that were harmful. According to the prosecution, she knew that, but she injected it anyway. In addition, she was not authorized and injected in an unsanitary manner. All this happened in a clinic in Zoetermeer between 2005 and 2013.

The case started in 2015 after a TV show by Alberto Stegeman. In it, the practices of the woman were denounced. Victims reportedly had lumps, swollen glands and a stabbing pain. During an earlier hearing, one of the victims indicated that she still has complaints today.
