Laurent Legname leaves JDA Dijon, Kyle Milling replaces him.

It was a thunderclap in Dijon sport. The coach of JDA Dijon, winner of the Aces, third in the Champion’s Cup, and current second in the French championship, has decided to leave the Dijon club at the end of the season and will be replaced by the Franco-American Kyle Milling.

It was the Dijon club that announced the news on Thursday in a press release: Laurent Legname activated the exit clause that was in his contract, and he will therefore leave the club at the end of the season, without completing his last year of contract. The Dijon club clearly indicates in its press release that it is not a choice of the club but a will of the coach, who spent 6 seasons at the head of the Dijon team, where he had succeeded to Jean-Louis Borg. According to our information, Laurent Legname would have chosen to sign for Bourg en Bresse, another Pro A club, which could come as a surprise given the excellent reputation of the Dijon manager and the results of his team, which excited the lust for more prestigious clubs.

He obtained the title of best Pro B coach there, before coaching in Limoges then in Japan.
