TTArtisan Optics has announced the first AF lens made for Fujifilm’s mirrorless X-mount camera, the “TTArtisan 27mm F2.8 XF” in a compact body. 41mm equivalent distance on a full frame camera It’s good news that Fuji residents will now have more independent AF lenses to use!
The lens element structure consists of a total of 6 lens elements arranged in 5 lens groups with special lens elements. 2 pieces of high refractive index, focus closer to 0.35 meters, maximum aperture of F2.8, with 7 blades, plus the lens barrel is all metal, strong and durable.
Of course, as an AF lens, it can support aperture adjustment or use autofocus with the camera. Also including saving the EXIF data in the image file. The lens barrel itself also has a USB port (unconfirmed whether micro or USB-C) for future firmware updates.
