The Latvian Puppet Theater will start the 78th season outside the historic building on Krišjāņa Barona Street, where large-scale renovation works will start at the end of the summer. Both the box office and the temporary playground – the Fireplace Hall – will be waiting for the spectators in the building of the Riga Latvian Society at Meķeļa Street 13 – only a block away from the current location.
The Latvian Puppet Theater will work in the yellow or semi-safe mode. Viewers from the age of 12 need a Covid-19 certificate attesting to vaccination, illness or a negative test result, a personalized entrance ticket and an identity document. Children under the age of 11 (inclusive) need a personalized ticket to the theater, and students also need an age document / certificate. All spectators from the age of 7 need to wear face masks indoors.

In addition to new productions, the August repertoire also includes such popular performances as Naxitriles, A Tale of Diegabix, Three piglets and a wolf, A kid who could count to ten, Thumb, Dill aunt and other. It is advisable to come to the performances at least 30 minutes before the start time in order to check all the documents.
