Last year’s best employers in Latvia have been identified

In the production sector, AS “Madara Cosmetics” won first place, AS “Grindeks” took second place, and AS “Latvijas finieris” took third place. SIA “Latvijas Mobilais telefons” was recognized as the best employer in the IT and telecommunications sector last year, followed by SIA “Tet” and SIA “Bite Latvija”. On the other hand, in the transport and logistics sector, AS “Air Baltic Corporation” won the first place, SIA “DPD Latvija” took the second place, while “Ominva” SIA was awarded as the third best employer in the transport and logistics sector last year.

Meanwhile, JSC “Lido” was recognized as the best employer in the “HoReCa” or hotels, restaurants and public catering sector last year, the second place was awarded to SIA “Hotel Jūrmala SPA”, and the third place was won by SIA “BBH Investments”, which manages “Baltic Beach Hotel”. . While the first place in the international business services sector went to SIA “Circle K Business Centre”, the second place went to the Latvian branch of “Accenture”, while the third place went to “SEB Global Services”, a company of the “SEB banka” group.

TVNET has already announced that the awarding ceremony of the best employers in Latvia in 2023 of the internet recruitment company “Alma Career Latvia” was held on Wednesday.

For the 13th year, the company has conducted the largest employee survey “TOP employer” in order to find out the most popular and recognized employers in Latvia in several categories. According to the results of the survey, in the evaluation of the employees, only one company has retained its position in the “TOP50” list of the best employers, while 13 employers have returned or entered the list for the first time.

In general, the “TOP employer 2023” survey was attended by a record number of respondents, more than 17,000, who voted for the most desirable employer of the past year, as well as identifying leaders in business sectors and regions. The survey also determined and the event will award the company that will win the title of “Growth of the Year”, moving up the most places in the list of the best employers, as well as the best employer in the public sector.
