Simple and fast service
For complex situations or situations that require an exchange, you will need to book a time slot with a Health Insurance advisor. The advisor will then call you back by phone.
These measures tested since May 11, allows in most cases to process requests by phone, without having to go to an agency.
If a physical appointment is necessary, the advisor will tell you the conditions of access to reception. In particular, come with a mask.
To make an appointment with the Health Insurance
To make an appointment, you have two options.
By Internet : in your ameli account (“agenda” section)
By telephone : by calling 3646 (service € 0.06 / min + call price)
Note: the self-service area of the CPAM agency in Dijon reopens on June 10. Access to multi-service terminals and computers made available to the public will be unaccompanied. Rules of distancing and hygiene will have to be respected by everyone and the wearing of the mask will be compulsory.
The ameli account for everyday procedures
For your simple steps (*), it is advisable to use the ameli account or the ameli app that provide immediate service. The ameli forum also offers many answers on your rights and procedures in general.

– obtain a certificate,
– update personal information (postal address, telephone number, bank details, etc.),
– know the processing times of the Cpam,
