Alternative shuttles
The work involves the doubling of the “Rangwee” tunnel within the framework of the installation of the tramway and the renewal and maintenance works of the tracks. To do this, the rail section between Bettembourg and Luxembourg will be closed to traffic, forcing travelers to get off at Bettembourg station and continue by road.
A substitute shuttle service will be deployed by the Luxembourg Railways (CFL) from the stations of Thionville, Bettembourg and Luxembourg.
