LaLiga Santander 2019 – 20TOUp to 15 of the 20 Primera clubs, for now, make it their own
Pues it seems that they can agree. On April 8, the MARCA newspaper pedaled all the leaders of the main Spanish sports institutions. A little over a month later, thanks to the mediation of the CSD withIrene Lozanoup front they are achieving the unthinkable: to join forces in all Spanish sport.
To the Pact of Viana in whichLush,Rubiales(RFEF) andThebes(LaLiga) pacified professional football and is allowing the competition to restart, little by little, now the signing of a code of good conduct that all the parties signed and to which the practically all sports federations have joined , the COE and Dorna, among others.
Of the 20 First Division clubs there are already 15, for now, who have endorsed this code of conduct:Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atltico de Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Real Sociedad, Villarreal, Eibar, Legans, Getafe, Osasuna, Betis, Celta, Mallorca and Levante.
A massive acceptance that will surely continue and mark the future of professional football relations and of all Spanish sport in general.
This is the content of theCSD Code of Good Practice:
one.-Building trust among the institutions of the sector constitutes the basis of a climate of collaboration between the different actors. This is essential in Spain to, at the same time, strengthen the international reputation of our sport, a responsibility of all, which can only be undertaken with joint effort.
2.-Act with integrity, for which the obligatory compliance with the rules, its letter and its spirit is taken for granted, to carry out an adequate exercise of their own powers, as well as respect for the autonomy of decision of each actor regarding your institution.
3.-Practice dialogue, sincere, honest and constructive, in the interaction of different actors, at all levels of their organizations, in joint decision-making, and in processes that require collaboration between the parties.
4.-Resolve conflicts and discrepancies amicably, through mediation mechanisms.
5.-Exercise mutual respect and restraint in public statements, and especially during the conflict resolution process, the publicity of which will be avoided. They will run away from disqualifications and, in general, terms that damage the reputation of people or institutions in public areas, such as meetings, the media and social networks. They will run away from the dissemination of disinformation or hoaxes regarding people or institutions.
6.- Practice transparency and promote ethics, in accordance with international standards and Spanish legislation. The Ethics Committees with which the respective organizations have decided to endow themselves are encouraged to give weight, autonomy and greater internal prominence.
7.-Become aware of the exemplary nature of managers and managers, consistent with the positive values of sport. These are reflected in concrete and real behaviors that inspire society, especially young generations of managers and leaders of the administration of sports institutions or companies, both public and private.
