Lakers and Pacers negotiated the transfer of Russell Westbrook

Lakers and Pacers have argued about Russell Westbrookexploring a transfer in which they were involved in the negotiations Myles Turner y Buddy Hieldaccording to information published by The Athletic.

The package under discussion included the transfer of Westbrook from the Lakers to the Pacers and a first-round draft pick in exchange for the arrival of Turner, Hield and other assets in Los Angeles.

It seems that it was Indiana that did not agree with said exchange, leaving the talks at an impasse.

The Lakers had previously been interested in Hield, a player that the Los Angeles club is interested in for his offensive facet, mainly focused on his threat from the triple.
