Lada XRay risks disappearing from AvtoVAZ model line – Motor

According to the community, the automaker will systematically reduce its XRay output. The author of the publication gives statistics – Currently, the plant produces 500 cars per day, only 10-20 copies of which – this is Lada XRay. As for sales statistics, the demand for this model is gradually declining.

From the report of the Association of European Businesses, it follows that the peak of sales of the model came in February 2018, when dealers managed to sell more than four thousand copies of XRay. At the same time, by February 2020, sales were reduced to 2.4 thousand cars, and in April the Russians bought a total of 615 hatchbacks. For comparison, Lada Vesta sold 2.9 thousand units last month.
