After a COVID-19 patient recovers, you can help others in their recovery by donating plasma for treatment. From the Ministry of Health they request that the recovered collaborate in this noble action.
Such is the case of the head of the National Plant and Seed Quality and Health Service (Senave), Rodrigo González, who tested positive for the coronavirus and is currently fully recovered, so this Friday he decided to donate plasma for the people who are with the disease.

“The patients recovered from COVID-19 may be able to help those who are in the fight against the infection,” he expressed on Twitter account along with a photo in which he is seen holding a volume of plasma.
He stressed that each recovered patient is capable of donating 400 ml of plasma. “Drop of blood, my 400 ml of plasma will be used for two patients with moderate or severe symptoms,” he said.
It should be remembered that on July 8 it had been confirmed that González had tested positive for COVID-19. Today, little more than a month later, with the medical discharge in hand and fully recovered, he decides to give hospitalized patients a chance.
The Ministry of Health urges the more than 5,000 recovered patients to donate plasma. They can register for the plasma donation to the mail [email protected], or to the phone (021) 205-840, also at the application link: https://doymisangre.com.
