Champion Lakers with LeBron James succumbed 122-103 with the Nuggets, while Clippers beat the Cavaliers 128-111 and the Grizzlies did the same 124-110 over Kings.

Slovenian Luka Doncic had 44 points, but it wasn’t enough for the Dallas Mavericks to fall 121-118 to Portland Trail Blazer. Damian Lillard led Portland’s offense by adding 34 points.

Hand in hand with Justin Jackson with 22 points, Oklahoma Thunder defeated Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Milwaukee Bucks 114-109, who contributed 24 points and his team, despite the loss, remains in second place in the Eastern Conference (16 -eleven).

In other games, Bradley Beal, the NBA’s leading scorer, had 35 points and the Wizards beat the Celtics 104-91. Pistons-Pelicans (123-112).
