SBB. Friborg train station is opening its new ticket offices today. “They have been completely transformed and offer better comfort to customers,” SBB announced in a press release. The space dedicated to customers has been refurbished and considerably enlarged. “These open and bright counters allow better customer service and more conviviality.” The area allocated to them has in fact tripled thanks to the transformations. These works lasted eight months, from June 2019 to January 2020. Various ancillary works of insulation, repair of ventilation, wiring and sanitation were also carried out, for a total budget of more than two million francs.
