– The voice of the urge to resign to Supreme Court Chief Kim Myung-soo came out of the political and legal circles as well as in the educational world.

On the 8th, the National Professors’ Meeting (Gyo-mo Jeong), a professor’s organization, for social justice, said on the 8th, “Supreme Chief Kim, the Supreme Court of Justice, is virtually the citizen of the Supreme Court as well as the qualifications of judges due to the apparent violation of constitutional political neutrality, criminal acts such as abuse of authority under the criminal law, and lying to the public. He issued a statement stating that he was impeached by him.

Gyo-mo Jeong led the signing of the City State Declaration last year calling for the resignation of former Justice Minister Cho Kook at a meeting of former and current university professors.

Jeong Gyo-mo said, “I use the language that Chief Justice Kim loves,” and said, “Try to answer the reason why you should stay in the position of the Supreme Court of Korea.” In May of last year, Supreme Court Chief Kim refused to accept the resignation of the Busan High Court Chief Judge Im Seong-geun, and said, “If you talk openly, we are setting up impeachment now. If I accept the resignation, what will the National Assembly hear?”

Kyo-mo Jeong pointed out that the rejection of Supreme Court Chief Kim’s resignation is an obvious offense of abuse of power, and that he lied to media reports in this regard, which will be revealed hours later. At the same time, he warned Supreme Court Chief Kim, “don’t be mistaken for not being impeached because you are not following legal procedures.”

“I am impeaching Chief Justice Kim in the name of the people,” said Kyo-mo Jeong, and said, “You are not the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Korea, and you have confirmed that you are not qualified as a judge.” He added, “I hope that the honor of the majority of judges who live to realize justice and justice will not be desecrated, and will take care of the shabby shell from which the spirits left, and come down from the seat.” They said, “Speak openly. If I stop, is it not enough for success and success,” he closed the statement, asking.

Earlier, Supreme Court Chief Kim mentioned the possibility of impeachment even after receiving the resignation of Deputy Chief Judge Im last year, and denied the suspicion of rejecting it, saying it was different from the facts of the date. However, when Judge Lim released the transcript of the conversation, Chief Justice Kim apologized, saying, “I relied on unclear memories and answered differently from the facts.” After that, the people’s strength began a single-person protest demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Kim, and eight former presidents of the Korean Bar Association also urged Chief Justice Kim to resign.
