Al-Marsad newspaper: Kuwaiti journalist Fajr Al-Saeed re-published an interview in which she talked about granting Kuwaiti citizenship to some people.
Fajr said in an old interview with the Lebanese journalist Rudolph: I am against naturalization, because Kuwaiti citizenship has privileges, the state is the sponsor, and the people are accustomed to the sponsoring state.
She stressed that she does not mind naturalizing those who are considered a scientific or artistic phenomenon, and when she was presented with the name of the artist Nawal Al-Kuwaiti and the businessman and CEO of Rotana Salem Al-Hindi, she indicated that they are not considered important phenomena.
Fajr chose to naturalize the CEO of Tesla and owner of the X platform, Elon Musk, saying: This naturalized person is not Salem al-Hindi.
