Mario Goetze will become Krzysztof Piątek’s friend? “I am his big fan”

Goetze would like to rebuild his sports form, which has collapsed mainly due to notorious injuries and is currently looking for a new club. “Sport Bild” reported that there is a new transfer option for him. The biggest supporter of bringing the footballer is the coach of the team from Berlin, Bruno Labbadia.

– I’m a big fan of Goetze. I have always been – said coach Hertha, quoted by the German newspaper. – It would be the most spectacular transfer club in the summer transfer window – we can read in “Sport Bilda”. Hertha has very little time to complete the transaction as the transfer window will close as early as Monday 5 October. According to the newspaper, Hertha’s managing director Michael Preetz and sports director Arne Friedrich are investigating the possibility of bringing in Goetze.

In the previous season, Goetze played in 21 games, but usually coming from the bench for the last minutes of the match. In total, he only played 609 minutes in all competitions, where he scored three goals and recorded one assist. The German is the 2014 world champion. Together with the German national team, he won the title at the World Cup in Brazil, first incl. in the semi-finals, beating Brazil 7: 1. In the final, after extra time, Germany won with Argentina 1-0, thanks to a goal by Mario Goetze.
