Kozhikode: A student died after being hit by a train in Payoli. Karuvakandi Pavithra’s daughter, Deepti (20), died in Paioli Beach. The accident occurred on the railway track near Paioli Christian Church Road around 8am on Sunday. Deepti was hit by the train on its way to Kozhikode. Her body was dismembered beyond recognition.
The deceased was identified on the basis of the phone call received from the vicinity. Deepti is a student of Vadakara Model Poly. Brother Deepak. After the investigation, the body was transferred to the hospital for an autopsy
