The communication forum is an education and information event. Depending on the topic, the process is divided into an information section and a discussion section. The information is passed on by specialists in a lecture or by several people during a panel discussion. Questions, information and opinions are then exchanged within groups or in plenary.
The topics chosen for the communication forum concern the lives of the deaf, hard of hearing, CI wearers and other hearing impaired people.
The communication forum is open to all deaf, hard of hearing, CI wearers and hearing people.
The KoFo is simultaneously translated into sign language. The hard of hearing and CI wearers can make use of the mobile hearing system.
The KoFo is supported by the SGB-FSS.
