Knowing Venus Appears in Parallel Planet Phenomenon June 24, 2022 : Okezone techno

JAKARTA Venus considered as Earth’s twin, in the astronomical phenomenon of parallel planets this morning, Friday (24/6/2022), he also appeared.

Summarized from the EDUSAINSA BRIN (LAPAN) page, this planet has a size, proximity to the Sun, the planet’s elliptical shape, and a planer-forming composition that is almost Earth-like.

However, Venus is actually enveloped by an atmosphere whose composition is dominated by carbon dioxide (96.5 percent) and nitrogen (3.5 percent).

Meanwhile, the elements that make up Venus’ atmosphere are less than 0.02 percent.

This causes the ratio of the intensity of the light reflected and scattered back into space to the intensity of the light coming from the Sun (Albedo) is greater than the other planets including Earth.

Dense clouds rich in sulfuric acid above the carbon dioxide-laden atmosphere also increase the brightness of Venus because it reflects and scatters back 90 percent of the sunlight that the Venusian surface receives into space.

On that basis, after the Moon this planet is the brightest natural object in the night sky.

The maximum brightness of the planet can be seen immediately before sunrise or after sunset, so it is called the Morning Star or Dusk Star.

Venus is the hottest planet in the Solar System. This planet does not have a carbon cycle that traps carbon in rocks and surface features, nor does it have organic life that can absorb carbon in the form of biomass.

Then, Venus is enveloped in an opaque layer consisting of sulfuric acid clouds that are so highly reflective that their surface cannot be seen from space.

It is thought that Venus may once have had oceans, but those oceans have evaporated due to rising temperatures caused by the continuous greenhouse effect.

Most of the water may have been photodissociated, and the solar wind has allowed free hydrogen to be released into space as a result of the lack of an internal magnetic field on Venus.

The surface of Venus itself is deserted, dry, and punctuated by rock that is periodically renewed by volcanic activity.

The diameter of Venus is recorded at 12,092 km or only 650 km smaller than Earth and its mass is approximately 81.5 percent of the mass of Earth.

This planet orbits the Sun for 224.7 Earth days. Venus has no natural satellites and is named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty.
