sole:Former German player Jurgen Klinsmann has been appointed as the coach of the South Korean football team. The contract is for three and a half years.
Klinsmann, 58, has previously coached Germany and the United States. Korea will play under a new coach in a friendly against Colombia on March 24. Under Klinsmann, Germany finished third in the 2006 World Cup. In the 2014 World Cup, America reached the knockout stage.
