In a scene from the comedy-drama Babylon, you can see a scene where Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie kiss passionately. The action of the two also caused a stir on social media, especially after it was discovered that the scene was not in the script at all.
In an interview with E! News, Margot revealed this too. She admitted that it was pure improvisation that she did as an actress.
“It wasn’t in the script. But I thought, when else would I get a chance to kiss Brad Pitt? (So) I have to do it too,” she laughed.
The kiss scene had previously been discussed with the director, Damien Chazelle. He convinced Damien that there had to be such a scene to show the bond between the two characters, but the director apparently knew his true intentions.
“I said, ‘Damien, I think Nellie (Margot Robbie’s character) should go up and kiss Jack (Brad Pitt). And Damien said, ‘Yeah, she might… Wait. You just want to kiss Brad Pitt.’ So I said, “Oh, sue me. This is an opportunity that will never come again. ” And he also accepted saying, ‘This is good for your character,'” she explained.
Not only that, during the shooting the two even managed to make the kiss scene in a single take. But Damien chose to repeat it to make the Barbie star happy.
In this movie, it’s not just Brad Pitt playing a kissing scene with Margot Robbie. The actress also joked that many other stars have done it with her.

“I want to add that Nellie kissed fifteen people in this film. I also kissed Katherine (Waterston), but I don’t know if that was included (in the film) or not,” he said.
Meanwhile, Brad Pitt also took the time to provide some feedback related to the kiss scene. He admitted that while working with Margot Robbie, this was the film where he shined the brightest and tried so hard.
“We’ve done three movies together and this is the first time we’ve had an (intimate) scene… Trust me, it was the most polite thing he’s done here. He was very passionate in this movie. It was the best performance I’ve ever had.” seen,” concluded Brad Pitt.
Babylon chronicles the lives of Hollywood stars in the 1920s and has been on air since December 23 in the United States. Meanwhile, for the global broadcast, it will start on January 6th.
