Kim Hye-young Opens Up About Her Married Life in Korea

KBS 1TV broadcast screen capture ‘No. 1 actress to defect’ Kim Hye-young mentioned her married life in Korea.

Kim Hye-young appeared as a guest on KBS 1TV’s ‘Park Won-sook’s Let’s Live Together’, which aired on the morning of the 1st.

On this day, Kim Hye-young was asked about marriage and answered, “I went three times.” She continued, “I lived in North Korea for 25 years and South Korea for 25 years. In North Korea, I have never held a man’s hand even once, and they think they will get married after just one kiss. I thought so, and came here and met a man, and he was so nice.” “He was a person,” he recalled.

He said, “He was the only person who loved me and was a family man, but when I was so popular, I was walking around without even thinking about it. I met my husband while working for the Flower Bud Art Troupe. I was performing in the play ‘Journey’ and this person was in the audience and said he was my fan. “I was a friend of the nephew of the late Park Joo-ah, who I was doing a play with at the time,” she said. “My husband was a plastic surgeon, and we decided to open a hospital in Chuncheon and see each other once or twice a month. Then one day, my husband asked me to divorce him, and I asked, ‘Why?’ “It was like this, it was my first breakup, so it was really, really hard,” he said honestly.

Park Won-sook asked, “How many years did you get married after coming to Korea?” and Kim Hye-young said, “It was in 2002. I came to Korea in 1998, so I got married after 4 years.” She added, “And it was so difficult that we broke up and died, so if someone were to be kind to us, we would get married.” “I fell in love with it right away, but the second time (we broke up) after two years, even though we had a child,” he said.

Kim Hye-young said, “That’s why the child grew up early. Even though I tried not to show it in front of the child, he seemed to be able to see it, so he said at the age of five, ‘Mom, you don’t smile because you’re lucky, but you have to smile to be blessed.'” She said, “I did it because I wanted to (divorce). “There was nothing and I felt so empty,” he confessed.
