Covid-19 analyzes performed for basketball player Jānis Timms of the Khimki district of Moscow repeatedly showed a negative result, the athlete himself told the Latvian Television “Sports Studio”. This means that Timma has overcome the disease.
Timma had previously received one negative result for Covid-19 analyzes, but a repeated negative test opens the possibility for the basketball player to return to training soon.
“I got a second negative test,” Timma said on Monday.
A positive Covid-19 test for Timm was found after the October 3 analyzes of Khimki in the VTB League match against Tallinn’s Kalev / Cramo. At the same time, Timma teammates Eugene Voronov and Jordan Mickey had positive Covid-19 analyzes.
Another Latvian basketball player Dairis Bertāns also plays in the Khimki region of Moscow.
