Rapp already told in 2017 that the actor tried to seduce him at a party in 1986 as a 14-year-old boy. According to Rapp, he and the disgraced actor had met shortly before during a performance on Broadway. Rapp then claimed that Spacey grabbed his buttocks without permission, lifted him onto the bed, and lay down on him.
The other man who sued wants to remain anonymous.
