His last game in the NBA dates back to May 1, 2019, with the Rockets, but since that date Kenneth Faried hasn’t given up on the idea of finding a place in the league. Overtaken by China, Puerto Rico, he also spent just over two months at CSKA Moscow at the start of the 2021/22 season where he never managed to win, ending up being thanked.
Two weeks later, it was on the Nuggets’ G-League team, the Grand Rapids Gold, looking to make his way. But even there the adventure was interrupted and the interior found itself looted after just over two months of collaboration.
Kenneth Faried has thus continued his world tour in recent months passing through Mexico and Venezuela, and here he is again today in the G-League, at the Austin Spurs. While it’s his 33rd birthday next Saturday, this looks like a last chance for the one we’ve dubbed the “Manimal.”
