In November last year, one of Kendall’s best friends, Lauren Perez, gave the yes to her boyfriend David Waltzer. With quite a few celebs in attendance at the wedding, from Kendall to Bella Hadid to Hailey Bieber, it wasn’t long before photos appeared on social media.

Remarkably enough, it was not Lauren but Kendall who managed to draw all the attention to himself at the wedding. The model wore a striking black dress that was completely cut in several places on her upper body, so that little was left to the imagination. At the time, many people on Instagram said they thought the dress was very ‘inappropriate’ for a wedding.

Lauren recently decided to post a look back at 2021 and of course that included some snapshots of her wedding. One of the photos showed Kendall in the infamous black dress, which again caused a torrent of reactions. “Inappropriate outfit for a wedding Kendall Jenner, I’m ashamed of you,” one person wrote. Another responded with ‘If it doesn’t matter to the bride herself, why make it a problem? Relax’. Lauren clearly agreed with this last comment, responding, “And so it is! She looked beautiful and I loved it.’

Kendall couldn’t resist responding himself. ‘And of course I also asked for your permission beforehand. Who doesn’t love a wedding by the sea?’
