Kelly Clarkson finds it unacceptable that people around her talk show The Kelly Clarkson Show felt “disrespected or disrespected”.
In an article in the music magazine Rolling Stone several former employees told anonymously on Friday about the bad working atmosphere at Clarkson’s program.
Behind the scenes, people are said to have been bullied, while others were favored. The staff would also be underpaid and overworked. The anonymous former employees think that the presenter was not aware of the situation.
“I have always been committed to a safe and healthy working environment at The Kelly Clarkson Show. And I will continue to do so,” says 41-year-old Clarkson on Instagram.
To improve the situation, all executives – including Clarkson himself – will undergo training “to ensure that inappropriate behavior is eradicated”.
