He and Kate Middleton attended a grand coronation dinner outside the royal castle at Windsor.

They took a lot of selfies with fans, however, one of the American fans clutched the princess’s neck so tightly that her bodyguard even had to reprimand.

And one little girl was so delighted to see a real princess that she even burst into tears. Kate Middleton hugged her, asking before that if the baby wanted comfort.

And William was handed a can of The Return of the King, a specially brewed organic “coronation ale” with a portrait of his father, King Charles.

Interestingly, although there is no official royal protocol for selfies, members of the royal family have a rule not to give autographs so that they cannot be sold for big money. But they usually do not refuse selfies.

Although earlier Princes William, Harry and King Charles said that they do not like selfies. As a result, Charles was the first person to take a selfie back in 2014. And other members of the royal family, from Sophie of Wessex to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have followed suit.

The late Queen Elizabeth II was not a fan of selfies and politely refused if she was ever asked to take one, as she was thought to prefer eye contact. However, this was more of a personal preference than any rule.

William previously joked that he was “allergic to selfies”, while Harry once told a fan that “selfies are bad”.

Recall that at the coronation, Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte shone in similar outfits from McQueen made of white silk crepe. And similar silver jewelry, reminiscent of tiaras.

The dress of the Princess of Wales was embroidered with roses, thistles, daffodils and shamrocks to represent the four nations.

But Prince Harry was not too patriotic, he chose a three-piece suit from the French brand Dior. Fashion experts thought that he and Meghan Markle would soon begin cooperation with this fashion house.
