Kate freaked out! New revelations from Harry

Harry sat down with journalist Tom Bradby for a sensational interview, filmed ahead of the publication of the autobiography Spare. In it, the prince reveals about the attitude of the royal family and the British press towards Meghan Markle.

“I was hoping that William and Kate, me and my future chosen one, would be two couples who would work together. That it would help us get closer to William… But Meghan is an American actress, divorced, of mixed blood and the British press and the media willingly took it up,” Harry shared, bTV reported.

He recalled that after his wedding there was a reconciliation meeting between him, William, Kate and Meghan. She has gone so badly that Kate was clutching the edge of the leather chair until her fingers turned white. Kate expected an apology from Meghan for her line about having a “baby brain”. The meeting ended awkwardly with something like a hug.

“I was hoping the four of us would get along. But a feud quickly arose between Meghan and Kate. You can’t hide from it when the papers are everywhere in every castle or house we live in… It creates a rivalry… When William married Kate they went through a lot of the things that happened to me and Meghan. But I always believed that I was the “backup” – not a competitor to my father and brother and that everything would be fine. How confused I was! What William and Kate went through because of Dad and Camilla… happened to us because of William and Kate. But at the same time, things didn’t work out the same way for us,” commented Harry.

He admits that William did not try to dissuade him from marrying Meghan.

“He expressed certain concerns at the beginning and told me that it would be very difficult for me. To this day, I don’t understand exactly what he meant. Maybe he guessed what the reaction of the British press would be,” adds Harry.

He claims that members of the royal family or their subordinates are leaking certain facts to the press to tarnish him and Meghan.

“At one point we couldn’t handle the situation and our mental health came first. We asked for help and support. I did not realize at the time the extent to which the royal family was involved in my wife’s pain and suffering. The people who could help or prevent it were the same who encouraged it. And today I sit before you and ask for a family. Not for an institution. I want a family. I understand that it can be difficult for them to separate the two things, but my experience over the years shows that they should be separate,” the prince told Tom Bradby.

He thinks there is a chance for reconciliation.

“I have spent a lot of money on lawyers to find a way to reconcile. But it’s like they think it’s better that we stay the villains. It may sound arrogant or naive, but I believe that the reconciliation between my family and us will affect the whole world. The monarchy I was raised in has always brought people together. And it’s sad that the British tabloids are so successfully creating this division,” commented Harry.yu
