KamAZ showed a giant dump truck, like BelAZ – Motor

The KamAZ-65805 mining dump truck with a 10 × 6 wheel arrangement capable of carrying up to 60 tons of cargo was declassified during the visit of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to the Chelny Automobile Plant. It is assumed that the novelty will become part of the Samson line of super-heavy trucks with a lifting capacity of 50-70 tons.

The difference between the Russian truck and BelAZ products is its overall width and height, comparable to conventional KamAZ trucks. BelAZ-7555 with a carrying capacity of 55 tons is twice as wide and 0.6-0.7 meters higher. However, the length of KamAZ-65805 is more than 11 meters – it is 2.15 meters longer than BelAZ. But the size of “Samson” will allow the car to operate on public roads; the mass of the empty dump truck will not become an obstacle – a load of 27 tons will be distributed over 16 wheels.
