K-pop Group BTS Members Still Enlist in the Army | Music

Although the South Korean government has said that popular stars are not required to do military service, members of the K-pop group BTS are still enlisting in the military. This leaves their record label on Monday know.

South Korean law requires all men between the ages of 18 and 28 to serve in the military for at least 18 months. For K-pop stars, the age limit has been raised to thirty. Kim Seok-jin, the oldest member of the group, will turn 30 in early December and take up a job, his spokesperson said. This also applies to the other members.
