Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte addressed the Italians this Wednesday evening, shortly before 10 p.m. He announced new restrictive measures to stem the spread of the coronavirus, which killed an additional 196 people in 24 hours in Italy (896 in total). All commercial activities are thus stopped, except pharmacies and points of sale of essential products.
