Juve lays 40 potatoes to steal Bremer from Torino
The rivalry in Turin is no longer what it used to be.
Juve did not have to look far to find a replacement for Matthijs de Ligt, who left for Bayern Munich. The Old Lady helped herself to the neighbor of Torino by enlisting the 25-year-old central defender Bremer (or Gleison Bremer) for a jackpot of around 40 million euros (excluding bonuses). At least enough to secure the services of the man who was voted best central defender in Serie A last season, and who wore the colors of Toro for four years.

The Brazilian international had his medical on Wednesday morning. Bremer will reinforce a central hinge only composed of Leonardo Bonucci (35 years old), Federico Gatti (24 years old, returned from a loan to Frosinone) and Daniele Rugani (27 years old and confined to the bench last season).
The next step for Bremer will certainly be to sign for Werder.
