Junior lawyer in business litigation
Your mission :
Serving a diversified clientele (VSE / SME, Managers), you provide transversal assistance to the partners in their litigation cases, particularly in terms of commercial leases, construction, co-ownership, collective proceedings, labor law.
Strongly involved in customer relations, you will be required to travel to customers.
The profile sought:
Holder of the CAPA and graduate of a 3rd cycle in Business Law, you justify at least a first year of experience (maximum 3 years) in business litigation.
In addition, you have a good capacity for adaptation, you are dynamic, pragmatic and rigorous, have real interpersonal skills and wish to join a long-term project.
A good level of English is required for this position if possible.
