Julio Urías had his second start of the 2021 season in the MLB successfully in the 9-5 victory of Los angeles dodgers in view of Washington Nationals.
The Mexican player participated in 5.2 innings of 3 runs and allowed 9 hits, but was backed by the offense and obtained his second win of the season, in addition to 19 consecutive starts without losing.
It was the Mexican left-handed player’s first appearance at Dodger Stadium as a 2020 World Series champion.
Julio reached his 40th start in the majors, and his past against the Nationals dates back to May 10, 2019, when he pitched 3.0 no-run innings out of the bullpen to claim the save.
The effectiveness of the culichi has been 2.25 games in the three regular season games (two as a starter).

On the other hand, this was Julio Urías’ debut at Dodger Stadium as a brand-new MLB champion and he was very moved by the pre-match ceremony.
“The ring was something very beautiful, we already wanted to be with the fans again and to be the first day in the stadium and back with them we had the ceremony and it was something incredible, a dream come true,” said the player.
