Even before the start of ‘De Redders’ on Play 4, it was already known that the two main actors had found each other. Just like their characters June and Noah, Julie Vermeire and Laurins Dursin were in love, although the viewers had to be patient – on the online platform GoPlay, which nowadays has no fewer than 700,000 – before it came to a kiss. “We secretly hoped that our characters would form a couple more quickly,” says Julie now in Day All. “We didn’t have to act at all in the scenes in love.”
