– Judge Jung Joon-young (54, 20th Judicial Research and Training Institute), who sentenced Samsung Electronics vice chairman Lee Jae-yong to imprisonment and imprisoned in court, is known as an expert in’recoverable judicial law’ in the legal world.

After joining the Seoul High Court, Judge Jeong’s actions became more prominent. Judge Jeong sentenced a probation to a man in his 60s who killed his wife with a weapon in front of his young grandchildren. Instead, during the probation period, housing was restricted to a dementia specialist hospital to receive treatment. In particular, this man’s attention was drawn to the appearance of finding and sentenced to the hospitalized ward.

In the case of a couple in which one child died by making an extreme choice with three children, pessimistic about a business failure, only her husband was sentenced to imprisonment.
